Job Duties:

Installing Insulation in various work areas of residential homes throughout the DMV area.  Mainly focusing on Attics and Crawl spaces.

Qualifications:

Able to work well on a team and follow directions.

Ability to lift 50lbs.

Ability to fit in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attic hatches.

Ability to work in extreme heat (proper PPE and breaks are provided)

Ability to show up to work on time.

Able look presentable in front of home owners

Bonus Qualifications:

Previous residential contractor experience.

Drywall installation experience.

Valid Driver’s license.

Good communication skills speaking with customers.

Ability to lead crews and give direction.

Pay: $20-23 depending on experience.
